Terms and Conditions
The number of models must reflect the booking time. depending on the circumstances of your booking, an assistant artist may be required, If this is the case additional fees apply.
A deposit of 50% may be necessary to secure your booking. This is deducted from your final balance.
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits have to be paid at less 15 days before the date booked. If the deposit is not received on time, your booking may be cancelled.
Should you request we to source specific items on your request, the full price of the item (plus delivery fees or expenses if applicable) shall be paid in advance.
I accept Cash, Bank Transfers or Paypal. Any remaining payments have to be made on the date of your appointment (before your appointment. A receipt or invoice shall be made on request.
Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will result in loss of deposit.
Travel within Manchester CC is inclusive. Transport fees may apply for bookings outside Manchester or within Europe.
You give us your consent to be contacted via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail, etc. We may contact you to plan and organize your booking, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to collect fees or monies owed, or as otherwise necessary.
Any other types of written agreements (not listed here) done between both parts, will have separate agreed terms and conditions.
In the unlikely event in which I must cancel your booking, (i.e sickness) I would do my utmost to find an artist to replace myself. If this is not possible a full refund of your deposit will be made. My liability shall be limited to a full refund.
